Terms of Use
These Terms apply to your use of the Budget Worthy application published by Worthy Labs.
Personal budgeting tool
Budget Worthy is an informational personal-budgeting and planning tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, credit, or legal advice. It does not connect to or control your bank accounts, move money, pay bills, or guarantee that funds will be available.
You are responsible for reviewing information you enter, confirming dates and amounts, and making your own financial decisions. Do not rely on Budget Worthy as your only financial record, particularly while using an alpha or testing release.
Your data and backups
Your budget is stored on your device and Budget Worthy does not transmit it to Worthy Labs. Worthy Labs has no automatic access to it. If Android device backup is enabled, Google may include app data in your encrypted Android backup. You may also create readable backup and report files and choose where to save or share them.
The Budget Worthy Privacy Policy explains these practices in more detail.
Alpha and testing software
Alpha versions are unfinished and may contain defects, incomplete features, or calculation and compatibility problems. Features and stored-data formats may change. Keep independent records and create a current external backup before installing an update, resetting the app, clearing app storage, or removing the app.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its operation or distribution, or use it in violation of applicable law. You may not present Budget Worthy as a banking service, financial adviser, or product published by anyone other than its authorized publisher.
Availability and changes
Worthy Labs may update, suspend, or discontinue testing features or releases. Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve user control of locally stored data and backup/export access, but uninterrupted availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Budget Worthy is provided without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Worthy Labs is not responsible for financial decisions, missed payments, lost opportunities, or loss of data resulting from reliance on the app. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
