Budget Worthy is currently preparing for closed-alpha testing. Here is how to ask for help without unnecessarily sharing sensitive financial information.

Reporting a problem

Please include:

  • the Budget Worthy version;
  • your Android version and device model;
  • the screen or workflow involved;
  • what you expected and what happened; and
  • steps that reproduce the problem, if known.

Do not send a Budget Worthy backup, screenshots containing financial information, account names, balances, income, bill details, notes, passwords, authentication codes, or other sensitive information unless you intentionally decide it is necessary and understand what it contains. Worthy Labs does not need real financial values for ordinary bug reports.

Protecting alpha data

  • Keep independent financial records while testing.
  • Create a current external backup before updates, resets, or uninstalling.
  • Protect readable backup and report files and delete copies you no longer need.
  • Android device backup may restore app data when enabled in your Google account; Worthy Labs cannot access or perform that restore for you.
  • Use App Lock and Screen Privacy where appropriate, along with a secure Android screen lock.
